These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of ProInvester.ca ("Platform"). By creating an account or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least the age of majority in your province of residence, a Canadian resident or otherwise legally entitled to access the services, and able to enter into a binding contract.
2. Nature of the Service
ProInvester.ca is a Canadian gateway that connects approved members to the BoostBullionAlgo.com international algorithmic trading infrastructure. ProInvester does not itself execute trades, custody assets, or act as a portfolio manager, investment dealer, or registered adviser unless explicitly stated.
3. Membership & KYC
Membership is subject to identity verification (KYC), source-of-funds review, and approval. We may decline or revoke membership at our sole discretion, including where required by law.
4. Fees
Applicable fees, minimum allocations, and tier benefits are disclosed during your onboarding consultation. Fees may change with 30 days' notice.
5. Risk Acknowledgement
Trading forex, crypto-assets, commodities, equities, and algorithmic strategies carries substantial risk, including the loss of principal. Past performance is not indicative of future results. You acknowledge that you are investing at your own risk and discretion.
6. No Advice
Content on the Platform is for informational purposes only and is not personalized investment, tax, or legal advice. Consult a qualified Canadian advisor before making any decision.
7. Acceptable Use
- No fraud, market manipulation, money laundering, or sanctions evasion.
- No scraping, reverse engineering, or unauthorized API use.
- No sharing of account credentials.
8. Intellectual Property
All Platform content, branding, and underlying technology remain the property of ProInvester.ca and its collaborators. Limited personal, non-transferable use is granted to active members.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ProInvester.ca and its officers, directors, and collaborators are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform or the third-party trading infrastructure.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Toronto, Ontario.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-app notice at least 14 days before they take effect.
